What would it be like to slow down enough to actually hear yourself think — and feel? I work with individuals and couples who want to show up more fully in their relationships, creative lives, identities, and emotional worlds. Together we’ll explore the stories you’ve been living in — and where you have agency to re-author a story that feels more authentic to you. Therapy can be a space for curiosity, compassion, and intentional change. You don’t have to have it all figured out — just be willing to begin.

As an artist myself I especially enjoy working with creatives, deep thinkers, and those facing existential questions. I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationships, trauma, identity, & meaning making. I work with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and non-normative relationships. My approach is grounded in curiosity, presence, & trust in your experience.

I bring curiosity, warmth, humor, and presence into the therapy space. I invite you to show up as your authentic self, and together we’ll collaborate in ways that genuinely serve you.

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage Couples and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College.
